Уроды Электролюкс Zanussi

К списку уродцев, очерняющих имидж приличных компаний я добавляю российское Zanussi. У уродцев нет проклятого фильтра для оч распространенного пылесоса Zans731.
Написал им запрос, жду ответа. Мозги буду выносить всем регулярно:

The problem is – here in Moscow there are no filters for this model. Absolutely no!

First one is always not answering, second one recommended to call another two numbers:
+7 (495) 917-9108
+7 (499) 124-8428

From those first number second day tells me to call after 14:00 and after 14:00 nobody is picking up the phone.
The second number tells that it has nothing to do with vacuum cleaners – only wash machines, refrigerators and others.

On the third day of calling 917-9108 I finally heard the voice of the woman. I told her SN, PN, Model and asked her to find me a filter. And you won’t believe me – she asked me what model of filter do I need.
I don’t have the filter, I want to buy it, I gave serial and personal numbers of vacuum cleaner and you don’t know what filter is suitable for it? After holding on the phone for 20 minutes she finally told me to come to their office у to make an order and to wait three months for the delivery of the filter.

Tell me – is it normal? This zans731 is one of the most popular vacuum cleaners here, it is still sold in most shops here, how can it be possible that you don’t have any filters for them here?

Please explain why should I buy another (surely not Electrolux and Zanussi) vacuum cleaner only because of you don’t have the most necessary parts for it here on storehouse. Besides you made me live in dirt for two weeks, while I was hoping to get this filter.
